Sue Roberts Functional Ceramics

I've been hand-building functional ceramics for over 25 years, using low-fired white clay and commercial glazes. I make the pottery as a form of relaxation when I'm not working on my sculptures.

I love using different techniques - slips over wax resist, scraffito, underglazes - as well as the wonderful colors available at lower temperatures and the sharp blacks and whites.

Since I don't make functional ceramics full-time, it is only available for sale through my studio gallery, or my bi-annual Studio Art Sales.
